Michelin Star

After been open for just 10 months restaurant Showw has been awarded with a Michelin Star and Best Sommelier in the Netherlands. Chef Dorus Floris and sommelier Lendl Mijnhijmer got to know each other at MICHELIN star Bougainville, where a synergy between the two professionals emerged. You can feel that - in the high-end service and loungy feel of this open, elegant restaurant. But also in the way all that supports the plate. Showw is the symbiosis of two passionate creatives.

Restaurant Showw

Chef Floris plays swiftly with worldly and refreshing nuances. Let the profound sauces be proof of his fine technique. For instance, he will combine perfectly fried langoustines with Jerusalem artichoke, an intense bisque enhanced with espresso and oil of curry for just enough spice. A flavour bomb!


Sommelier Mijnhijmer responds with expert wine recommendations. He serves the wines without the bottle to enhance the guest's exploration, before giving the necessary explanations. You sense a desire to pamper guests here, as evidenced by the wide à la carte selection.
